With more than 10 years in business and a background spanning real estate, property development, luxury construction, and architectural design, Andrei brings a builder's perspective to every transaction. A licensed Ontario Realtor and Master Certified Negotiation Expert, he spent years working alongside prominent Ontario builders before bringing that expertise to the Dominican Republic. Today he helps Canadian, American, and international buyers navigate every stage of purchasing in Punta Cana, from evaluating preconstruction opportunities to coordinating with developers, attorneys, and financing partners, always with the transparency and hands-on attention his clients count on.

Maximiliano is Co-Owner and Broker of iCONIC Realty DR, bringing more than 10 years of real estate experience across Colombia, Panama, the United States, and Germany. Before real estate, he served in the military in Germany and Colombia, an experience that shaped the discipline and precision he brings to every deal. iCONIC Realty was built on a developer's foundation, and Max remains active in development today alongside representing buyers, giving him insight from both sides of the table. Fluent in German, English, and Spanish, he is known for being direct, structured, and fully accountable to every client.
